Can I transfer loyalty points from the previous App?

Yes! To transfer: download the app, create an account and add the phone number that was connected to the previous app. If you do not see your updated balance within 24hours, contact us directly for assistance.


How do I Transfer a cash balance from the previous app?

The current app does not allow holding a cash balance. If you have a remaining balance from the previous app, contact us with your account information and we will issue an E-Gift Card of the same value. To make purchases directly from the app, you can add a credit or debit payment method found under ‘PAYMENT MANAGEMENT.’

 

I am having trouble making an order for delivery.

Delivery (via SkipTheDishes) is available for addresses within a 15 minutes drive of one of our cafe locations. When placing an order for delivery through the app you will automatically be connected to the cafe closest to the delivery address. If delivery is unavailable, your location may be too far or the nearest cafe may not be accepting orders for at that time, orders can be placed through the app for pick up or delivery 15 minutes after open to 15 minutes before close.


How do I track my order status?

Notifications are sent when an order is received, in progress, has been picked up by a courier and/or is ready for pick up. To receive these updates, turn on app notifications in your phone settings.


I can't see my points / I did not collect points with my purchase. 

To collect loyalty points through the app you must have a phone number attached to your account. If your account details are filled out and you do not see points being allocated with your purchase, please contact us for assistance.


I'd like to order ahead for pick up.

Orders can be placed up to two days in advance. Coffee bags and retail items will be held for 48hrs before the order is cancelled and refunded, perishable items such as prepared beverages and baked goods will not be replaced for pick ups past the selected pick up time and will not be refunded. 
If you need to cancel an order for pick up, please try calling the selected cafe location or send an email to [email protected] with your order number and phone number associated with the account.
