Accessing Your My Subscription Dashboard
Managing your coffee subscription is as easy as a few clicks. Most changes can be made from your My Subscription dashboard. To access your subscription dashboard login here.
Within the dashboard you can:
- Update your coffee selections and frequency
- Increase or decrease the number of coffee bags in your upcoming shipments
- Change your next billing date or bill immediately to expedite your next order
- Change your shipping address or billing information
- Pause your subscription
These changes can be made by clicking into the subscription you wish to modify and selecting your desired action from the Action dropdown menu in the top right hand corner.
Updating your coffee selection, the number of bags in your shipments or your subscription frequency.
From the my subscriptions dashboard click View on beside the subscription you wish to update.
- From the Action drop down menu in the top right corner select ‘Change Product’.
- To update your shipment frequency or coffee selections toggle between your preferred selections from the dropdown options and click ‘Update Product’ in the bottom right corner.
- To change increase or decrease the number of bags in your coffee subscription select the ‘Swap product’ dropdown in the bottom right and select the coffee offering you'd like to switch to, then select your desired shipment frequency and coffee choices from the dropdown menus.
Important: Please confirm all product options including recurring frequency and bag confirming your changes. - Once you've checked all settings, click ‘Update Product’ to save your changes.
Change your next billing date or expedite your order
To adjust your next billing date select ‘View’ on the subscription you're looking to adjust.
- From the Action dropdown menu click ‘Change Billing Date’
- On the calendar, select the date you would like to reschedule the next charge date
- Save the change by clicking ‘Yes, I Confirm’
To expedite your next order and get your next shipment as soon as possible, select ‘Bill Now’ from the Action menu. and confirm your changes.
Update your shipping address
To adjust the shipping address, select ‘View’ on the subscription you're looking to adjust.
- From the Action drop down menu click ‘Change Shipping Address
- Select a previous saved address or add a new one
- Confirm your updated address is correct and Save
Update your payment method
To update your subscription payment method
- Review and update your billing information on the 'payment methods' page.
- View your subscription on 'my subscriptions' page
- Under actions 'change payment info'
- Select the correct payment method and save
Please note: The payment method you would like to disconnect from your subscription can only be deleted from this page once the new payment method has been connected to your subscription.
Pause your subscription
Need to stop your shipments for awhile? No problem, you can pause your subscription and resume anytime. From the Action drop down menu in the top right corner select "pause subscription."
- First select ‘View’ on the subscription you're looking to pause
- From the Action dropdown menu select ‘Pause Subscription’
- Confirm to save
Resume your subscription
To resume your coffee subscription access your My Subscription dashboard.
- First select ‘View’ on the subscription you're looking to Resume
- From the Action dropdown menu select ‘Resume Subscription’
- Confirm to save. You should now see a green ‘Active’ icon next to your subscription on your subscription dashboard

Skip your next shipment
To skip your next coffee shipment access your My Subscription dashboard.
- First select ‘View’ on the subscription you're looking to adjust
- From the Action dropdown menu select ‘Skip Next Shipment’
- Confirm to save. You're all set
If you would like to cancel your subscription altogether, here's how:
Cancel your subscription
To Cancel your coffee subscription access your My Subscription dashboard.
- First select ‘View’ on the subscription you're looking to Cancel
- From the Action dropdown menu select ‘Cancel’
- Confirm to save. You should now see a red ‘Cancelled’ icon next to your subscription on your subscription dashboard
